HELP - new motor doesn't run

Code 12 with key on, engine off is the norm, no distributor reference
signal.  Not a problem.

Are your runners on the correct sides?  What's the outside air temp?  My 89
F-bird is doing that when it gets cold, but also only with a lean chip and
closed loop disabled.  Not much help here.
