Prog options on 96 Vette

I've got a 96 vette, and I replaced the computer control module. I drove it 
over 100 miles before figuring out that the options needed to be 
reprogrammed into the EPROM chip. The dealer says now he can't even program 
the options into the car. So my AC and interior lights aren't working. 
Something special about 100 miles on a new ECM. HELP!!!
