    Mitch , your dealer can program the existing PCM with  a Tech2 or 
Techline Terminal
    if the folks know what they're doing. Maybe try another dealer that can 
help you.
    The replacement PCM gets overwritten with the calibration routine 
that's specific to
    your Vin Code , NOT the calibration information contained in the used 
PCM you installed.
    There IS a procedure to DO THIS at  ANY GM Dealer.
