Yes.
The syclone 2 bar code is from a 27128 chip the 730 & 727
use 27256 chips.  When you modify the syclone bin for your app,
add the code to itself (128+128=256) then burn it into a 27256.
Terry K did this a while ago. 
I believe Grumpy has played here too (?)
You won't have wastegate solenoid control as with the 749.
