WB update: 1V output

Weeder Technologies (www.weedtech.com) sells a serial port ADC, 12 bit, 8
channel for $59.  I'm using a MAX232 board to read the ALDL (749, Syclone),
then switch to the Weeder board (software changes baud between 8192 & 9600)
via a CD4066 CMOS switch driven by two bits from the parallel port.  Works
well, allows logging all the normal ALDL data plus any other 8 inputs.
Right now, I'm logging the WB, an accelerometer and the signal from the
electric FP gauge sender.

It'd be a lot less messy if my laptop had 2 serial ports, but she's a real
cheapo model.
