Help with an '86 1/2 Corvette

The 86 Vette 1227165 pinouts are different from 87, which are different from 88,
which may be different from 89. The differences are subtle, i.e. the overdrive
request and control lines for a 4+3 trans are in different locations in different
years. There's a pinout on the gmecm web site which will be correct for most of
the major components.

As far as needing all the technical info for the ecm, you'll have to settle for
what's available to list members if you use the list resources. Look around the
gmecm web site, download the archives, and take a brief trip to the DIY_EFI site to
get those archives also. Make sure you look at the gmecm related pages, too.

Good luck and enjoy the project.
