3.4L DOHC PROM #16181397 to fix stalling problem

There were things to check like minimum air rate, crankshaft endplay (push
in clutch and crank signal changes), power steering pressure switch--and
they had an updated injector #25170699. You were also supposed to check to
see if you've got the latest calibration...
