The injector firing rate will be wrong, in this case higher.  The port
injectors might not be fast enough at higher rpms.  The ECM's
adjustments for injector opening&closing time will be wrong, which may
make it hard to get a good calibration.  Plus, the ECM's acceleration
enrichment algorithm will be wrong.
