...that explains the stalling problem I am having with this 305,M5 bin.  :-)

I tried two different sensors.  No change in behavior.

They are different.  When I get home from work today I'm going to try 
copying over the 305 O2 values into the 350 bin and see if that clears up 
the code 44.
