To big issues here:
First most carbs have maybe 4 different circuits,  so often the AFR is
really wondering around alot.
The oem O2 sensor is basically a switching type sensor so it will swing alot
as a matter of just some AFR change.

A proper;ly done Weber will move around alot less then a feedback CCC Q-Jet
