730 rev limit

I believe that is the limit for Diacom not the motor.  I turn 7200 on
mine and yet the Diacom shows only the 6375+- which means the ECM can
support the rpm but the Diacom software does not.  I know of others who
are turning the motor to 8k and the ECM supports it.  Its a 90-93
corvette and I think its a 730.
