On the P4's there appears to be a way to synchronize events to
a DRP. I haven't some a lot of work on a P4, so don't quote this.
The reason I say this is that I've seen evidence of syncronizing the
reading of the MAP sensor to the DRP.

Maybe Scott can add some info.
