     The Key Pellet is gone ,  Theft deterrent is still there.
     Matching signal goes to Theft Deterrent Module. PCM controls fuel ,Ign
     and starter enable relay functions + the Module Match. The BCM recognizes
     the correct value. This value is matched to your Vin ID.
