limiter in 3rd ?

Back to project S10. Kinda weird--I've got the speed limiter set at 255, yet
it won't climb over 99 MPH or 5000RPM in 3rd. I recalibrated the thing to
shift into 4th at 90 mph, and no problems. It'll peg the speedo and keep
climbing. Is there anything in the $0D code that'd
do this ??
