Free OBD-II software driver

      Hmmm, and to boot , Fomoco runs PWM 41.6 Kbs all the time,
      unlike GM's VPW 10.4 - 41.6 Dual Speed Mode. I believe , there's
      some reference to  "Look Alike" commands and responses which
      are defined in SAE HS3000- 99 . In the event this information may
      helpful.
