idle VE and the $A1 code

I changed the VE vs RPM table first, now I am tweaking the RPM vs MAP table to get each MAP value closer to right.  This wouldn't be so hard but I have an aftermarket cam, head and intake work as well which really change the characteristics of the motor.  I don't have a stock car to learn this on so im just kinda jumping right in.

I am making an ecu file for the $A1, its all in a text file right now.  Some of the tables won't work though, because you have to multiply the degree you want with 129, then divide by 90 and add 100, which you can't do with winbin.  Im putting a note in the program to check the .ecu file for the calculations when I can't have winbin do it for me.
