Updated OBD-II trouble code reading software

I have updated the VPW scan code reading software if anyone is interested.

- Added more verbose debugging display
- Added "logging to file" capability
- Added "timelag" processing

It's still available at:
http://www.blacky.co.nz/efilive/vpw.zip

Some people have indicated that they are experiencing a lot of CRC errors. It
appears that slower PC's cannot process the VPW wave form fast enough. Anything
faster than about 200Mhz should be capable of using this software to display
trouble codes.
