Hi Darrell
Another Calgarian! small world.
I have been using a small schematic capture/PCB editor program called QCAD.
It is OK for small projects.
Check at http://www.winqcad.com/
It is just $99 for 600 pins. The latest version has copper pour. The
autorouter seems to complete most jobs.
