      Oh , Forgot to mention , The Geneva Convention meant nothing
      to many Japanese Commanders.

      The WW2 Japan had to be defeated at a terrible cost.
      The first A bomb strike wasn't enough to initiate surrender.
      That was more than 50 Years ago.
