TBI fuel pressure regulator question

    Difficult to properly monitor the fuel psi that way. You'll need a 
monitoring setup which
    will show the differential across the regulator [ Fuel feed - return]. 
@ 9- 13 lbs psi, stock.
    Seems enough psi to get started , provided you've got solid fuel flow 
devoid of air
    being mixed in.  It's essential that fuel return works , if not , 
there's an obstruction or
    the regulator may be nixed. Email and phone diagnostics are at best , a 
guess.
