Holley Projection4

Does anyone have any expierence with the Holley Projection 4 Analog unit?
We have a 307 built up with a 7:1 compression ratio and a T04 Turbo powering
it. FOR the life of me I can't get the damn thing to work. I have spent way
too much time on this and all I have learned is that the Projection 4 is a POS!
If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. If not we're going back to a carb.
