[Gmecm] TPS 85 % voltage

Fred, I get 3.919 volts.  (4.54 - .4).85 + .4 = 3.919.  Subtract the base (0%) reading from the WOT (0%) reading, multiply by .85, then )add it back to the base.  HTH
