[Gmecm] TPS for diesel

Hey Jay,
We've done both 6.5TD and Duramax to 2005 at this point. Gains are very
significant...we've gotten to 549HP and 1032ft/lbs at the rear wheels to a
Duramax to this point...with further to go (till headgaskets blow)...
