[Gmecm] Hard to fix oil leaks from around a 1988 2.8L oil pumpdrive gear

Last time I had to fix that I got the o-ring from the dealer, as well as a
flat gasket for the top.   Put both in (I dont think I used RTV on the
O-ring either) and hasnt leaked since..
