[Gmecm] reflashing OBD2 PCMs via the serial port

Darren Freed has written some software and an article about reflashing
OBD2 PCMs (96 and 97 v6) via the serial port using an ALDL style serial
cable.  No J1850/VPW required.  The article and directions are still a
work in progress at this point but there is some information about it.

Get there from the gmecm page by clicking ECM info, then reflashing via
the serial port.  Please direct questions and comments to the list.
