There is no vacuum signal required on a TBI as the point of injection is 
always at atmospheric pressure.The vacuum line used on a PFI engine IS NOT 
to alter fuel pressure to compensate for load in any way shape or form. It's 
to maintain a consistent pressure drop across the point of injection when 
lower pressures (vacuum) exist. If there is 18" of vacuum at idle, the fuel 
pressure will be reduced an equivalent amount (approx 9 psi)
