Not exactly.  Scoggin-Dickey has been marketing a Vortec-compatible TPI 
upgrade base for years, and Holley has just released a Vortec version of 
their StealthRam which has already proven itself as being a great PFI/SFI 
intake on the gen I motors.  Both of these use "standard" PFI fuel 
injectors, and can be made to work with the newer style "small-body" 
injectors used on the LS1 cars and 5.3/6.0 trucks without much trouble.
