Yup.  I have the GMPP version of the Crane Golds installed on all three of 
my SBC cars for several years; never had any significant problems with false 
knock.  Lifter preload is zero lash +1 full turn.  Stock GM lifters.  Mild 
cams (ZZ3, Crane 2033, etc.).  I usually set the valvesprings for 130 lbs of 
seat force.  Had a *slight* bit of KR at low-mid RPMs with the Impala that 
would only last a couple of data frames, that I eventually decided was false 
knock.  The LT4 KM cured that.
