I have a TPI 350. The block is pre '79, Lunati hyd roller cam and kit with
Crane Gold roller rockers with guide plates, spring seat pressure 130, valve
adjustment 0 plus 1 turn. Compression ratio is 10.9, heads are Edelbrock
aluminum, gas is pump 93 octane. Knock sensor is stock '86 TPI installed
dry. I run 32 total spark advance above 2400 rpm, ignition is stock TPI
87 - 92 with an Accel Super coil. I only get 8 to 10 knock counts at
startup and none while driving unless I really lug the engine in the 1200 to
1600 rpm range in 5th or 6th gear. I never hear any knocks.
