[Gmecm] Crane Gold self-aligning rockers.

I'm running a '87 tpi w/ crane compu-cam lifting stock
roller-hydraulic lifters to crane gold race roller
rockers, aggressively tuned chip and only see knock
counts if I run <= 91 and it's a really warm day w/ a
heavy foot.

This is a somewhat different valve train than the
LT's, though, so there may be difference in the noise
comming off the valve train.

I haven't see any one yet reply to my suggestion to
listen to the engine w/ a stethescope, it's an old
timer's method I admit, but still holds water :-).
