[Gmecm] stupid n00b question? Which s/w uses .ds file?

Does anyone know where all these files come from? Are there any updated versions? E.g. the relation for the AF-ratio is in-correct in A115.ds and there are more errors.

I don't know if anyone answered this already, but I didn't see any followups. There isn't any software that I know of that uses the .ds files directly. What you can do with the .ds files is use one of the freeby scantool programs out there where you have to provide the definition of the data stream. The .ds has that definition, so the freebie tools should be capable of working virtually any pre OBD2 GM computer out there.
