[Gmecm] EPROM erasing/programming

Nevermind. Apparently 30 minutes wasn't enough. I left them in all 
afternoon and that did the trick. Programmed and verified without incident.
Does GM use chips with higher erase energies for greater reliability? I 
don't think my eraser is that wimpy. Why might it take so long to erase 
those parts?
