As for you map sensor you can get a 2 or 3 bar map from CAPA.  As for Kalmaker
its code has all been written from scratch by a man named Ken Young in
Australia.  I have used Kalmaker a few times now and it is very nice with
things like native boost with 2 or 3 bar map, extra outputs from the unused
pins of the ecu for AUX outputs etc...  the other option is to look at your
spark map and for 2 bar put a line through the middle of it in your mind and
call 1 half VAC and the other half BOOST.  but for 3 bar split it into 3rd's 1
for VAC and 2 for BOOST.  But you can prob see the problem arising .....no
spark map left....needs to be bigger to accomadate for the extra maps .....my
twin turbo V6 is running a 808/082 with 2 bar MAP from CAPA.  I have split the
map into 2 ....  this also makes it hard to tune as all is noe as it seems. 
other maps are affected by the MAP signal.  I think that unless you were
interested in dissambling the code and increasing the size of the
map.....kelmaker would be the go, and no need for a eprom programer either.....
