[Gmecm] 2002 Seville STS diagnostic

Does anyone know of an inexpensive system to get into a Cadillac Seville onboard computer system? I would like to make some mods to my Navigation system, so I can change views while driving and I would like to make performance modifications. Does anyone have experience with this model vehicle? Where can you get a connector for a laptop and inexpensive software?
