[Gmecm] Injector pins

Many thanks Bill. :-)

Consequently if, as I believe, $8D and $58 use the same, single, PWM
register to switch the injectors on, then, IIUC, both the injector AND
injector ground ECM pins should be the same for both codes  (when running on
the same hardware). Does anybody know of a reason why this might not be the
case?
