[Gmecm] Going from 1-wire to heated O2 sensor

Hi,

It seems that the O2 sensor info page on this site is not up to date, can someone please tell me which heated 3-wire or 4-wire O2 sensor 
to use if I now have the AFS21 1-wire sensor?
