[Gmecm] comments on reorganizing lists

Reading member input can be helpful when noting a preference,
as well as prominent members being influential when choosing.
With pros and cons submitted by Steve along with the preferences
and reasons for by various members, it may even encourage a vote.
Whether it does or not, I'll state there is merit to the phrase "if it ain't
broken don't fix it."  I could also add I have no problem with improving
an otherwise good platform.  The one lone 'con' that comes to mind
for me, was the recent crash.
