The 82 already should have a return line on the tank switching valve. Since the switching valve is not pressure rated putting a pump in the tank is not a simple problem to solve. The easiest way I can think of is to put a pump inline after the valve and don't run your tanks lower than 1/4 full to prevent cavitaion. Besides being inexpensive, it will be the least labor intensive to install and allow you to use most of the stock fuel lines.
