[Gmecm] Idle problem at closed loop

Hello

I have a 4.3 TBI on a Toyota inline 6 engine, I'm using 1227747 ECM., No EGR, Knock
I'm installed all ok, and engine work without error codes., now I'm tryng to tune my engine, I'm usen TunnerPro, I want to drive in closed loop to get BLM table and correct my V.E. Tables.
Mi Chip (2ftbi.bin) was set:
Closed Loop Timer Warm Thres 102.94 ?C

And I changed to 60 ?C 
But whe my engine reach this temp (60?C), my Idle was horrible, the AFR is tooo rich, but if the engine has a lower temp no problem.

Why happen this?
this Closed Loop Timer Warm Thres affect another thing?
