[Gmecm] MECAL reprogramming

Bill, that's what I thought at first, but the Memcal's connector holes are
one "row" of PC board holes apart.  The PP2 is just BARELY too narrow!
If I had the time I would make a custom board with a Memcal socket out of an
old junk ECM, and a ribbon-cable header to go to the PP2. But this ugly
little board works for now...
