hi, i got a peice of veroboard, got a fret saw with a fine blade and
carefully cut the tracks between the holes, or use a dremel.

then i soldered a double header strip over the cut tracks, this fits perfect
into the memcal,
then i got single strip header , and soldered a length on each side of
the cut about 15 to 20 mm apart on the copper side, you most prob will need
a fine tipped soldering iron to do this.

works well.
