[Gmecm] TBI 350

I honestly don't remember which EGR valve it has, so I will get the
number off of it and look it up.

What I have been using as a baseline for ordering parts for this engine
is a 1990 C1500 pickup with a 350 K-VIN TBI engine. That mostly works,
but I know with a few things it could cause some problems, since the
C-series pickup is a good bit heavier than an El Camino.

My next move is to get a pressure gauge and find out for sure what the
pressure is, then log some more data with WinALDL.

The instructions that came with the JET regulator suggest 13.6 psi as a
starting point. Does this sound reasonable?
