[Gmecm] Choke

In the constants table there is a value called IAC PARK OR NEUTRAL OFFSET. 
What it does, it moves the idle air motor the number of steps you enter to 
prevent the engine from stalling when you shift from park or neutral to 
another gear.  You might try messing with that value.  I really hope this 
helps.
