[Gmecm] Off idle stumble

I now have the BLM at idle between 126 and 128. My newest issue is that 
since reducing the injector pulse width vs. LV8 by 20%  to get the BLM 
to 128 the engine has a hesitation off idle. I have a 58mm throttle 
body, which is a little big for the current configuration, but will be 
perfect when I get the 420 cid built. For now, I need to make due with 
what I have. I tried adjusting the following:

Delta TPS Accel. Enrichment Pulses from 4 to 5
Accel. Enrich. Delta TPS Scale Factor from 0 to 30%
Accel. Enrich. Delta vs. Delta LV8 scaled up 20%

Even with all three adjustments, the hesitation still exists. Any 
suggestions?
