[Gmecm] list changes and appeal

Porn spammers and trolls are annoying but can be blocked.

Someone deleting pages is easier to deal with because every page has
it's entire history so it can be restored with a few mouse clicks.

I have a GMECM assembly related Wiki at
http://wasabi.dynu.com:8080/wiki that is open to anyone who wants to
edit it.
