[Gmecm] Can I burn the eeprom using a picstart plus programmer from Microchip?

Does anybody know if this is doable?  If so can you point me in the right direction?  I've got an 85 TA with the 305 TBI in it, and a picstart programmer.  If this isn't doable, what's the "cheapest" direction hardware wise to get me going?
