[Gmecm] $8D code "issue"?

I don't have a datalog, and have since corrected the cause.

I actually stumbled upon it by accident. I had installed a remote
starter in the car with the '730 ECM/454 combo. I was still working
on getting the cranking PW tables dialed in at all temps, and remote
started the car on a particularly cold night. When I came out, it had
a notably high idle (around 1600RPM in my case) that would not
not come down until I shut off the car long enough for a full ECM
reset to occur.

I finally figured out that it had remote started, stumbled/stalled, and
restarted again without cycling the ignition power off - which is a normal
response for this remote starter upon detecting a stall. I was able
to repeatably replicate the issue manually with the key on a cold start.

I've since fixed the Cranking PW so that startup is crisp and quick
under all temps and haven't seen the issue since. Other than that,
setting up and tuning this 454 hasn't been much different than any
other '730/V8 application.
