Mike,

It's a 66 Nova junkyard hybrid.  I believe the engine is a 5.7L from a ~91
Camaro.  An acquaintance built it, and is looking for some tuning help.
I'll take a closer look in a couple of weeks.

It looks like the 88999196 is an AC Delco number for the 7730.
