[Gmecm] throttle Body fresh air pick-up unit

Looking for a fresh air plastic intake unit to bring fresh air to the 90-92 
 Throttle body unit  on my TPI system  .
 
Unit attaches to TB  unit and turns to the left 90 degrees goes to the  
drivers side then turns down for a fresh -air pick up below radiator ... any  
such animal was on a production car...Pontiac  or IROC car    ?
 
Anybody help me ??
