[Gmecm] burn the eprom 2732 with usdu bin

These chips are erased to all ones, FF, so this location apparently did 
not get written to or might be defective.
There are two basic 2732s, the 2732 and the 2732A. The original part 
programs with 25v and not very well if at all with 12v, the A part 
programs with 12v and dies with 25v. There also sometimes differences 
due to individual manufacturers. Probably the simplest solution is to 
try another prom.
